Our practice
Two people, and the pattern between them
Most couples who come in are not short on love. They are stuck in a loop: one reaches, the other steps back, and the same argument returns in a new outfit. In session we slow the loop down, name what each of you is protecting, and practice another response, with a therapist who stays fair to both of you.
“We work with the pattern between you, not against either of you.”
